| I rarely put the site down, though the only reason that i ever would would be to completely remake the site, as i have done recently. I don't need to shut the site down for minor tweaks, but it help if people aren't online if i'm going to make any major changes to the site. The site is up practically 24/7, but there will be occasional times that i will shut down the site. I will give you fair warning in the news section if i am going to do anything to the site.
